For just £10 a year, carers can:
establish yourself as a professional carer
keep track of your training
record the information you want
get independent validation of your skills
It is easy to use and information is transferable between employers
Whether a domiciliary care provider, local authority or care home, you need to know that your staff are trained and competent.
The Register will:
create a profile for your workers
capture the training and competencies of your staff
track training and CRBs that are due to expire
an independent validation of training, skills and competencies
