We at Telopea pride ourselves for the extensive care we are able to provide our clients. Complex care is a step up from regular Domiciliary Care, where the needs of the individual are more specialised. Telopea can provide a wide range of specialised services to suit the needs of you or a loved one. Here at Telopea, we provide in house training to our carers to make sure they are fully trained and competent to provide the specialist care that you need.
The care can range from catheter management, manual evacuation, trachea care, tube fed situations, repositioning, bed care and other complex situations.
Who Needs Critical/Complex Care?
This is for individuals who have chronic, progressive or long-term health conditions. Examples of such conditions include neurological disorders, disabilities, injuries, spinal care and sometimes the use of feeding tubes.
Telopea will carry out an thourough assessment before commencing care. This will be carried out by our clinical leads or assessor. This is done to make sure Telopea is covering all aspects of care that is needed for the individual.
