"Is home care better than a care home?"
This will be done to the individual's preferences and circumstances but we find the majority of our care patients prefer the comfort of their own home, knowing that we will be there to look after them for as long as they need us.
"Do you only look after the elderly?"
No we care for people of all ages (18+) due to the nature of their need for care. This can be due to long term disabilities or short term post operative care as examples.
"I'm looking for care for someone with dementia. Can you help?"
Yes we have specialisms in Dementia care and many other critical care needs.
"Can you look after patients with complex care needs?"
Yes as we have fully trained staff is areas such as PEG feeds, NG feeds, Trachea Management, catheters, insulin and much more.
"Do you offer domiciliary care?"
Yes, everything from providing company and support through to cleaning, meal prep and personal care.
"How often do you visit?"
As often as is required. This could be every day or even overnight stays and live in care. It all depends on the needs of the patient.
