Meet the Telopea Team 

Brenda Saint-James Director 

I am Brenda, the Director of Telopea Nursing and Care Agency. I gained a nursing licence and domiciliary licence to run Telopea 16 years ago. 
 
I love gardening, planting and taking cuttings watching them grow and enjoy planting and renewing hanging baskets, 
 

Karen Lincoln Compliance Administrator 

I have worked for Telopea for 10 years. Some of my day to day jobs include creating and updating care plans and making sure our carers are upto date with training. 
 
In my spare time I enjoy traveling and kayaking with my family. 
 

Katie Fletcher Care Coordinator 

I have been in the Industry for over 10 years, 3 years with Telopea. My main job is scheduling the rotas, making sure we send the right carers to the right clients.  
 
In my spare time I run with Bedford Harriers and enjoy going on long walks with family and friends. 
 

Zoe Watson Accounts Administrator 

I joined the company in November 2019 as a financial administrator. I handle most aspects of the accounts for the company. 
 
In my spare time, I enjoy keeping fit, cycling and spending long weekends in Norfolk with my family. 
 

Claire Bridge Compliance Administrator 

I have been working for Telopea for about 5 years, I started work here in the Accounts Department then moved over to Compliance working alongside Karen. 
 
At the weekends I enjoy spending time with my family and socialising with friends. 
 

Shabib Hussain Marketing Administrator 

I have been working for the company for around 5 years now and mainly deal with the Marketing and Digital Social Care Records. 
 
On my days off I love to explore new cultures through food and traveling with my family and friends. 
 

About Our Team 

We are proud of our Telopea Nursing Team Telopea’s Nursing Team are highly trained and in place to assist and back up the ‘caring’ community workforce. 
 
Our Commitment to any patient who needs Qualified Nursing Expertise is that; if we have the equipment we can do the job, even if 24/7. 
For complex situations and if the patient is in hospital our nurse would work side by side the nursing staff on the ward or the specialist situation and mimic the requirement in your own home.
